REPORT FOR NMMC 2023.  DAY 1 Day one of the programs began at exactly 10:30 am at the Old Moot Court, OAU. The competing schools, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Redeemers University and the host university, Obafemi Awolowo University, arrived and settled down, and the judges, Mr Akinkunmi and Mr Alabi, arrived. They admonished the team and gave them the instructions for the competition, and the competition started.  The first argument is better the human rights society V Federal Republic of Zazoo and the Zazoo electoral commission. The lawyers for the plaintiff, T. T Osho and his partner, O. E Koya from Olabisi Onabanjo University, announced their appearance. In contrast, Olaposi I. D and Oyebode K.
